Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
8 x tomatillos, husks removed,
finely chopped
1 med cucumber, peeled, seeded, and
finely chopped
1 lrg green bell pepper, finely chopped
3 x ribs celery, back strings
removed, finely chopped
4 x green onions, finely chopped
1 x jalapenos, finely diced
1 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
2 cup water
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
----------------- GARNISH ----------------
1 sprg cilantro
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together, except the garnish, and chill for at least 3 hours in the refrigerator before serving. Serve chilled with sprigs of cilantro and/or lime slices for garnish. will not keep, it must be eaten the day you make it.

SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Serve this for lunch on a very hot day with warm flour tortillas or sliced bolillos.
