Instructions: In a large skillet, saute the onions in the oil until golden. Broil the livers. Using the finest blade of a grinder, or steel blade of the food processor, grind the liver with the onions and eggs. Add the salt and pepper. Add 1 or 2 tbs mayonnaise and mix well. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve chilled.
