Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
2 med Onions, peeled
2 cup [nonfat] plain yoghurt
1 x Lemon juice or rice vineger
1 x Sugar
1 x Pepper to taste
2 tbl Ground cumin seeds
2 tbl Ground coriander seeds
1 tsp Garam masala
1/2 x To 3/4 tsp cayanne pepper or
Chili paste
2 tsp Fresh ground ginger and
Garlic paste
1 x Chopped cilantro to taste
Instructions:
Instructions: Liquify in blender. Simmer until thickened slightly and flavor is set. Use as a marinade for kabobs or any meat or fish. Very good with rice.
