Instructions: Poach the red mullet fillets in the lemon juice and water for 10 minutes.
Drain and flake. Cut the octopus into bite sized pieces. Put the mullet octopus and scampi in a bowl. Add the onions pickled cucumber tomatoes and French beans and mix carefully. Mix the dressing ingredients together and pour over the salad. Allow to stand for 20 minutes before serving to allow the flavours to mingle. Email this Recipe:
