Instructions: Boil potatoes for 15 minutes, then grate ( I personally just cut them into chunks, but it depends how you like them). Heat soup and butter, add cheese. Stir, add sour cream, add potatoes and onions. In buttered casserole dish, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Watch carefully, will brown some, but make sure not to burn it! Enjoy!
