12 x chicken wings, fresh or thawed washed
1 cup Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade)
4 cup pecans coarsely crushed
2 tbl Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce
3 cup seasoned flour
3 x eggs beaten
----------------- HATOULA PEACH SAUCE ----------------
8 oz heavy peach marmalade warmed
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate the wings in 1 cup of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.

Toss crushed pecans with 2 tablespoons of Tabasco brand Habanero Pepper Sauce.

Standard breading method: Dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then pecans to coat evenly.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Serve with Hatoula Peach Sauce.

This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
