Instructions: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients VERY WELL, no lumps remaining. Spray a 6" cast-iron skillet with non-stick spray, and pour batter into pan.

Place in preheated oven and bake for about 15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.

Serve with fresh strawberries sauteed in butter, or apples sauteed with butter and sugar.
