1/2 lb Liver, ground
1 med onion, minced
2 tbl Butter
1/4 lb Raw spinach
2 x Eggs, well beaten
2 tbl Parsley, chopped
Instructions:
Instructions: Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Shape into small balls. Drop into boiling soup and cook for 5 minutes.
