Instructions: Mix together the potatoes, celery, eggs, onion and parsley.
Fry bacon in skillet until crisp and brown. Beat eggs; add sugar, spices, vinegar and water. Mix well. Pour mixture into the hot bacon fat and stir until mixture thickens (about 10 min.).
