Instructions: Mix 4 cup flour, shortening, sugar, salt, soda and cream of tarter with water and milk (may take a little more than the 1 cup liqud). Roll out dough in jelly roll fashion. FILLING - Mix together egg, brown sugar and 1/2 cup flour. Spread on rolled out dough. Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 1" slices. Bake at 450 for 12 minutes.
