Instructions: Heat to 400. Mix sugar, honey & eggs. Blend dry ingredients; stir into sugar mixture. Mix in almonds & peel. Roll 1/4" thick on lightly floured board; cut into fancy shapes. Place on lightly greased sheet, leaving 1/2" space between. Brush cookies with Icing. Bake 10-12 minutes. Store cookies in covered container for 1 week to mellow.
