30 lb lean ground pork
3 lb lean ground Round
1 lb pork suet, rendered
lean ground venison tenders*
10 x cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup Hickory Seasoned Salt
1/2 cup black pepper
4 tbl red pepper
3 tbl sage, optional
4 tbl cumin
4 tbl oregano
Instructions:
Instructions: In a large container, mix first 3 ingredients. Add seasonings and mix thoroughly.

*Garnish the top of above ingredients with 1/2 pound of ground venison tenders.

Excellent served cased or in patties.
