3 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
Instructions:
Instructions: Cream ground chocolate with butter. Add sugar, milk, and vanilla. Beat until light and fluffy. Frosts and fills 2 nine-inch layers

NOTES: Spread on Ghirardelli Devils Food Cake.
