Instructions: Saute onion slightly with oil and butter; add ground beef. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and garlic salt over meat while browning; then add garlic and saute lightly. Add wine. Add spinach, stirring frequently until thawed out and cooked. Blend cheese in well, then add mushrooms. Mix in eggs a few minutes before serving.
