Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Gather cookie dough into a ball and flatten. press or roll cookie into a 13-inch circle on cookie sheet. Bake cookie for 12-15 minutes or until lightly browned. Let cook for 10 minutes. Run a knife under cookie to loosen from pan and cool completely. Combine cream cheese and sugar; set aside. Combine half and half and instant pudding with a whisk. Let set until firm, about 5 minutes. Spread cream cheese mixture on thoroughly cooled cookie base. Spread pudding mixture over cream cheese layer and chill until ready to serve. Just before serving spread the final layer of Cool Whip over top not going all the way to the edges so the chocolate shows through. Sprinkle nuts over top, slice like a pizza and serve!
