Instructions: Slice the bread stick in half lengthways. Pull out most of the doughy part.
Butter the bread. Fill one half with alternate layers of salad, sliced meat and cheese. Spread mayonnaise over each layer of salad. Layers should be piled up quite high. Season with salt, pepper and mustard to taste. Cover with the other half of the loaf. Wrap in cling film until you are ready to eat. Serve on a large bread board so everyone can cut off as much as they want. Email this Recipe:
