Instructions: Place water in a large pot to cook the pasta. Add salt. Bring to a boil and add the pasta, bring to a boil again and cook the pasta for 9 min. Drain and rinse with cool water. Set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, combine all the rest except the cheese. Simmer, covered until the pasta is done. Spray a 9x13x2 inch baking pan with Pam. Add pasta to baking pan top with the sauce, cheddar and 3 T. of the parmesan cheese, stir well top with mozzarella and 1 T. of parmesan.
