Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Combine flour and brown sugar in large bowl.
Cut in 6 tablespoons of the butter with pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Gently stir in nuts, raisins, and chocolate until thoroughly mixed. Pare, core, and coarsely chop apples. Place in 2-quart casserole. Melt remaining 2 tablespoons butter in small saucepan. Stir in Brandy. Drizzle over apples; toss until coated. Top with raisin-nut mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F. about 40 minutes or until apples are soft and topping is lightly browned. If topping browns too quickly, cover loosely with aluminum foil tent. Serve immediately.
