4 x racks baby back ribs
1 bot ginger ale (2 liter)
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp white pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Instructions:
Instructions: Wash ribs and remove silver skin from back. Place ribs in a large turkey roaster (covered). Completely immerse ribs in ginger ale. Cook in 300 degree oven for 2 - 2 1/2 hours. Remove and allow to cool. Combine spices in a small bowl. Spray ribs with cooking spray and season lightly with spice mixture.

Allow to sit in refrigerator until ready to grill. Cook on medium-high coals and finish with favorite bbq sauce, if desired. (these ribs are great without any).
