1 cup Chopped Celery
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
2 tsp Honey
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine above ingredients and chill. Serve on lettuce leaves. Nice, garnished with slices of orange and mint leaves.
