Instructions: Melt ghee over medium low heat and add onion. Cook until onion begins to brown, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile, heat stock, water, and ginger in a saucepan for 5 to 6 minutes, but do not let it boil. Add onion, cayenne, lemon juice and broccoli to stock.
