Ingredients:
Amount Ingredient
1 lrg Daikon radish, julienned
2 med Carrots, julienned
6 x Radishes, thinly sliced
3 tbl Seasoned rice vinegar
1 tbl Chopped gingerroot
2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
1 tbl Asian chile sauce
1/2 tsp Chopped cilantro
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
Instructions:
Instructions: Place julienned daikon, carrot, and radish in a bowl and toss.

For the dressing, place vinegar, gingerroot, garlic, chili sauce, and cilantro in a small bowl and mix well. Whisk in oil until well blended.

Season with soy sauce.

Pour dressing over radish mixture and marinate 30 minutes. Serve cold or at room temperature.

Serves four.
