Instructions: Roll chicken pieces in mixture of flour, pepper and ginger, Brown in butter. Remove pieces. Stir remaining flour mixture into butter. Add bouillon cube, dissolved in boiling water and bring to a boil. Add chicken pieces. Cover and simmer 25 minutes or until tender. Stir in cream and heat. Delicious served with wild or white rice and lima beans.
