Instructions: Drain the peaches, fruit cocktail, and crushed pineapple, and reserve the liquid.
Use the reserved fruit liquid rather than water to prepare the orange gelatin as directed on the manufacturers package. Cube the softened cream cheese and add it to the warm gelatin mixture, stirring to dissolve. Combine the drained peaches, fruit cocktail, crushed pineapple, maraschino cherries, and bananas in a large serving bowl. Pour the cooled gelatin mixture over the fruit and toss to combine. In a separate bowl, whip the cream with the sugar. Fold the whipping cream into the fruit salad. Top the salad with the chopped walnuts and a dash of ginger and serve. Email this Recipe:
