Instructions: Wash chops & pat dry. Rub both side of chops with mustard. Brush bbq grill with peanut oil & cook chops for 15-20 minutes over med heat, turning once. While chops are cooking melt butter in saucepan, stir in ginger, sugar & pepper sauce. Heat to simmer but do not boil.
