Instructions: In small saucepan combine ginger, chili, lime juice, sugar and water. Heat and stir until mixture boils and sugar dissolves. Pour syrup over the berries and mix well. Divide the berries among 4 serving dishes or stemmed glasses. Top with sour cream or yogurt and sprinkle with chopped mint to serve.
