1 pkt dried peaches (8 ounce) coarsely
chopped
3/4 cup water
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup golden raisins
1 tbl brown sugar
1 tbl peeled minced gingerroot
1 tbl white wine vinegar
Instructions:
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a saucepan; stir well, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 45 minutes or until thickened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat, and let cool; store in airtight container in refrigerator up to a week. Serve with pork or poultry.

Yield: 2 1/4 cups (about 20 calories per tablespoon).
