Instructions: * Cut into thin slices across the grain
1.Put the pork slices into a dish and mix them with the garlic and ginger. Let stand for at least 15 minutes. 2.Blend together the stock, sherry, soy sauce, sugar and cornstarch in a bowl, and set aside. 3.Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and stir-fry the marinated pork for 2-3 minutes. Add the peppers and scallions and continue to stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Add the beans and sauce mixture, and continue to cook, stirring until thickened. Serve hot, garnished with the cilantro.
