1 tsp	Grated lemon rind
1 tbl	Grated onion
75 gm	Butter
	Salt and pepper

Instructions:

Instructions: Mix all the ingredients together and put in a small saucepan. Cook over a very low heat for about 5 minutes then spoon over grilled fish.
