Instructions: Melt together the butter, sugar, and golden syrup, stirring well.
Dissolve the bicarb, salt and ginger in the milk and add to the mixture. Add enouhg flour to form a stiff dough. Scale the dough into walnut-sized balls, flatten onto a baking tray and bake in at 325 F for 25 minutes. Email this Recipe:
