Ingredients:

1/2 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp ginger
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tbl packed brown sugar
1/3 cup applesauce at room temperature
1 x egg white whipped
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup molasses
2 tbl molasses
1 cup hot water
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven at 350. Prepare pan(s) with cooking spray and flour. In a mixing bowl, combine
flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and ginger. In another mixing bowl, combine
brown sugar, applesauce, egg white, yogurt, molasses and hot water. Add dry ingredients with
wet ingredients just until moistened. Stir in the blueberries or cranberries. The batter will be thin.

Turn the batter into the prepared pan(s). Bake for 35 to 45 minutes depending on pan size.

Notes: Baking breads at lower temp. results in crusts that are thicker and chewer; higher temp.

results in a thinner, crisper crusts.
