Ingredients:

Amount	Ingredient
1/3 cup	Butter Buds liquid, or 1/2 C
	or Promise UFF margarine
1/2 cup	Molasses
1 tsp	Ginger
2 tsp	Allspice
2 tsp	Cinnamon
2 tsp	Nutmeg
2 tsp	Baking Soda dissolved in 1 C
	boiling water
1/2 cup	Sugar or 1/4 C sugar +
3 pkt	Sweet N Low
1/2 cup	Flour
2 x	Egg Beaters 99% egg substitute 1/2 C
	Optional Vanilla Sauce Or Caramel Sauce

Instructions:

Instructions: Cream Butter Buds and sugar. Add remaining ingred.; add Egg Beaters last.

Bake in a bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray. Bake 35 - 40 min. at 350 deg. F. Serve warm with the sauce of your choice.

This cake is very good!
