1 cup Canned Pineapple Chunks
1 tsp Grated Ginger Root Fresh
Mint Leaves For Garnish
Instructions:
Instructions: In a small bowl, combine oranges, pineapple and ginger; toss to coat.

Divide into four parfait glasses. Garnish with mint and serve with fortune
cookies.
