Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F. Cut squashes in half, place cut side down on baking sheet, and cover with foil. Bake 35 to 45 minutes, until tender.
Meanwhile, cook rice with tamari. When squash is cool enough to handle, scoop out pulp. Chop pulp and set aside. Saute onion and apples in oil until softened. Stir in cooked rice and remaining ingredients. Stuff squash halves with rice mixture, arrange in baking dish and bake for 20 minutes. Email this Recipe:
