Ingredients:

fresh snow peas (or 1 12-oz. pkg. frozen snow peas, thawed) |
| 2 tsp |
vegetable oil |
| 1 clv |
garlic, crushed |
| 1 tsp |
grated ginger |
| 2 tbl |
dry sherry |

Clean snow peas, trimming if necessary. |

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. |

Stir in snow peas, garlic and ginger. |
| |
Saute for 2 minutes, until peas are tender. |
| |
Toss with sherry. |
