Instructions: 1 . Place leg into large baking dish. Bake in a moderately slow oven
(160C) for 1/2 to 1 hour or until skin (rind) can be easily pulled off without tearing. A small knife may aid this removal. Discard skin. 2. In a saucepan, combine orange juice, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and honey. Stir, allow to simmer 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat. 3. Cut diamond shapes into surface of ham and place a clove into the centre of each diamond. Bake ham with glaze. 4. Bake in a hot oven (200C) for 40 to 60 minutes. Baste every 15 minutes with glaze.
