Cook Time: 35 min. MIX 1 cup broth, fruit, sugar, garlic and rosemary in saucepan. Heat to a boil. PLACE chicken, potato and onion in roasting pan. Pour broth mixture over all. Cover. BAKE at 450F. for 15 min. Uncover and pour in remaining broth. Bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until done. Serves 4.
