Amount Ingredient
1 can Swanson(r) Chicken Broth (14 1/2 oz.) (1 3/4 cups)
1 pkt dried fruit bits or morsels (6 oz.) (dark & golden raisins apricots and apples)
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp dried rosemary leaves crushed
4 x bone-in chicken breast halves
1 lrg sweet potato cut up
Instructions:
Instructions: Prep Time: 5 min.

Cook Time: 35 min.

MIX 1 cup broth, fruit, sugar, garlic and rosemary in saucepan. Heat to a boil.

PLACE chicken, potato and onion in roasting pan. Pour broth mixture over all. Cover.

BAKE at 450F. for 15 min. Uncover and pour in remaining broth. Bake, uncovered, 15 min. or until done.

Serves 4.
