1 pkt (5/16-oz) yeast
1/2 cup Unbleached flour
1/2 cup Bread flour
1 tbl Cinnamon
2 tbl Sugar
1 tbl Margarine
1 tsp Salt
1 tbl Dry milk
7/8 cup Water
----------------- GLAZE ----------------
1/2 cup Powdered sugar
Instructions:
Instructions: SERVE HOT, AS A DESSERT BREAD OR FOR A FANCY BRUNCH Put all ingredients in the order given into the bread pan, select WHITE bread, and push Start.

After bread is cooled, blend powdered sugar with milk. Drizzle over loaf.

NOTE: Enjoy the lovely aroma of this bread while its baking and the sweet, spicy taste when its done. Serve hot, as a desert bread, or for a fancy brunch. The perfect companion for fresh fruit and poached eggs.

Makes 1 loaf, 8 slices. Each slice: 164 calories; 1 gm dietary fiber, less
