1 lb Franks
1/4 cup Vinegar
1 tbl Cornstarch
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Water
3 tbl Brown sugar
3 tbl Honey
1/2 tsp Ground ginger
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/8 tsp Cayenne
Instructions:
Instructions: Cut franks bite size, set aside. Blend vinegar and cornstarch. Add soy, water, brown sugar, honey, ginger, garlic powder, cayenne and cloves. Mix well. Microwave uncovered on high 6 minutes or until thickened, stirring every 2 minutes. Stir franks into sauce, microwave uncovered on medium 10 minutes until thoroughly heated. Stir once.

Makes 40 appetizers.
