Instructions: 1. Using a sharp knife, cut the lamb into thin strips.
2. Heat the wok, then add the oil. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the lamb until browned all over. Remove from the wok and keep warm. 3. Add the snow peas and sliced scallions to the hot wok and stir-fry for 30 seconds. 4. Return the lamb to the wok and add the honey, lemon juice, cilantro and sesame seeds, and season well. Bring to a boil and bubble for 1 minutes until the lamb is well coated in the honey mixture. Serves 4 Email this Recipe:
