Instructions: Preheat oven at 350. Prepare a loaf pan with cooking spray. Combine all ingredients except ketchup and honey and mix well. Turn mixture into a prepared pan and bake for 40 minutes. Combine ketchup and honey. Spread evenly over meat and bake 5 minutes longer.
