Instructions: Maraschino juice (pink), orange juice (orange), or lemon juice (yellow)

Cream together sugar and margarine until soft. Add egg, salt and vanilla.

Gradually add flour. Spread evenly on greased 13 x 9 x 2 cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top with glaze and cut into squares 5 minutes after removing them from the oven.

Glaze
Measure 1 c powdered sugar into a bowl. Gradually stir in maraschino juice

(pink glaze), orange juice (orange glaze) or lemon juice (yellow glaze)

until desired consistency.
