2 pkt Tofu, Firm SILKEN LITE 12.6 Ounce
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs whole-wheat
1/2 cup Wheat Germ
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
3 x Cloves garlic chopped
2 tbl Minced Onion dried
1/2 tsp Mrs. Dash Herb Seasoning or other dried herbs
1 tbl Soy Sauce or more to taste
1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked
1/2 cup tomato sauce or tomato paste &
water
1 tbl Brown Sugar
1 tbl Prepared Mustard
Instructions:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8"x4" loaf pan with PAM. Drain tofu.

Combine bread crumbs, wheat germ, yeast, garlic, onion, Mrs. Dash and oatmeal in a food processor. Mix until blended. Add tofu and tomato sauce and process Spoon mixture into pan . Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes.

Combine brown sugar, mustard and ketchup and spoon over the top of the loaf. Return to oven and bake for another 30 minutes. Let stand about 15 minutes before serving.

Yield: 1 Loaf
Start to Finish Time:
"1:45"

NOTES : It will look very unappetizing before it is baked, but the appearance improves after baking.

Reheats well in a microwave.
