4 x	Eggs
3/4 cup	Sugar
1 tsp	Vanilla
1/4 cup	Vegetable oil
1 tbl	Lemon peel
2 tbl	Lemon juice
1/2 cup	Rice flour

Instructions:

Instructions: Beat eggs and sugar together. Add vanilla, oil, lemon peel, lemon juice, and flours. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 9"x9" baking pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. May frost or serve with hot lemon sauce.
