Ingredients:

500 gm Panir cheese, cubed
200 gm Mushrooms
200 gm Peas
100 gm Spinach
50 ml Groundnut oil
2 tsp Garam masala
2 tsp Ground coriander
1 tsp Ground cumin
100 ml Coconut milk
100 ml Double cream
1 tsp Salt
2 x Fresh red chillies
1 tsp Turmeric
2 x Cm root ginger, grated
2 x Cloves garlic, crushed
Instructions:
Instructions: Shallow fry the panir. Add the salt, garam masala, coriander, cumin, turmeric, ginger, chillies and garlic and saute lightly.

Add the water and bring to the boil. Add the peas and mushrooms and simmer for 10 minutes. Add the spinach, coconut milk and cream and simmer for 5 minutes.

Serve with rice.
