12 x chicken wings, fresh or thawed washed
1 cup Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce (marinade)
3 oz goat cheese broken
1/2 cup thinly-sliced scallions
2 cup seasoned flour
----------------- TABASCO SPICED BUTTER ----------------
8 oz fresh salted butter
Instructions:
Instructions: Marinate the wings in 1 cup of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.

Make a small incision about 1/4-inch wide across one end of the wings. Push into the incision to create a pocket.

Push 1/4 ounce of the goat cheese into each wing. Set wings in freezer for approximately 1 hour.

Toss wings in seasoned flour mixture and deep fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain well.

Toss with Tabasco Spiced Butter until well coated and serve hot.

To make the Tabasco Spiced Butter, soften/melt butter in microwave for approximately 2 to 3 minutes on high. Do not boil butter. Whisk in 1 ounce of Tabasco brand Pepper Sauce. Hold at room temperature until needed.

This recipe yields 1 dozen wings.
