Instructions: Place the tartlets on a baking tray.
Place a couple of grilled pepper dice in the base of each. Process the cheese eggs and plenty salt and pepper then carefully ladle this mixture into each case. Bake in a preheated oven (200C/400F/Gas Mark 6) for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serve warm. You can add some freshly chopped tarragon or basil to the filling mix if you like.
