In a blender or food processor, process the scallions, parsley, garlic, and capers until finely minced. Add the tofu, lemon juice, vinegar, and Worcestershire and process to mix well. Add all the remaining ingredients and blend well. If not using immediately, transfer to an airtight bowl. Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week. Makes about 2 cups Email this Recipe:
