2 x scallions, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clv garlic, chopped
1 tsp capers, drained
1/2 cup soft silken tofu
2 tbl fresh lemon juice
2 tbl balsamic vinegar
2 tsp vegetarian Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp sugar or a natural sweetener
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl minced fresh basil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/8 tsp freshly ground pepper

In a blender or food processor, process the scallions, parsley, garlic, and capers until finely minced.

Add the tofu, lemon juice, vinegar, and Worcestershire and process to mix well.

Add all the remaining ingredients and blend well.

If not using immediately, transfer to an airtight bowl.

Cover and refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Makes about 2 cups
