Instructions: Combine the first 4 ingredients and dredge chicken in mixture; shake off the excess. Heat the oil in a skillet and cook chicken. Pour off oil.
Place chicken on a warm plate. To the skillet, add orange juice and marmalade; return chicken to pan. Cook until marmalade thickens and glazes the chicken (approximately 5-8 minutes on low heat). Email this Recipe:
