1/3 cup YELLOW MUSTARD
3 cup WATER
1/2 cup CIDER VINEGAR
1/4 cup DARK CORN SYRUP
2 tbl LEMON JUICE
2 tbl SUGAR
2 tbl PACKED BROWN SUGAR
2 tbl CHILI POWDER
1 tbl DRY MUSTARD
1 tbl PAPRIKA
2 tsp GROUND RED PEPPER
2 tsp ONION POWDER
1 tsp SALT
1 tsp GROUND BLACK PEPPER

Instructions: MAKES ABOUT 2 QUARTS

IN A LARGE SAUCEPAN, WHISK TOGETHER THE TOMATO PUREE AND MUSTARD UNTIL SMOOTH. STIR IN REMAINING INGREDIENTS. BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT TO LOW, AND SIMMER FOR 30 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY. SERVE WARM. REFRIGERATE UNUSED SAUCE UP TO SEVERAL WEEKS.
